While Art Director at Collins, Waters & Bridgman Integrated Marketing, I was tasked to layout the 2007 Spring Newsletter. Before diving into that project, however, I worked with copywriter Devon Hoff to create a new ‘tagline’ for the firm: identify. implement. ignite. Launched in September 2006, N-life is a monthly publication celebrating daily life in Norfolk. Each issue showcases the diversity of arts, entertainment, residential and business elements within the city. As main art director for this special section, I created the N-life logo/nameplate, editorial layout and overall design with input and help from designers Sarah Cardenas, Kurt Akers, Tricia Lieurance and Jennifer Fenner. This is a great place to post your own showcase of logos, accept critiques on them, and critique the work of others. Though a bit subjective, the best logos are posted in the featured gallery.
